As part of the closure of the metalworking division of Metallbau Wille, we are offering the metalworking machines, accessories and steel remnants. The items are ready for operation in 19322 Weisen and can be viewed by appointment by telephone. The auction ends on 29.02.2024, 10:00 am. All items will be auctioned ex location. Loading equipment is available on site.

Online auction / General information
The announced auction is an online auction. The respective auction end date is displayed for each item. All catalog information is subject to errors. The items to be auctioned will be sold from their location in the condition in which they are at the time of the knockdown, excluding any liability for defects. Bidding is in EURO. You must register on our website to participate in the auction. 

Viewing
In order to avoid discrepancies at a later date, we recommend that you inspect the items on offer in detail. All items can be viewed at the auction house during opening hours.

Reservation
Vehicles from insolvencies which have been financed by loans, installment plan or leasing are marked and will be auctioned subject to reservation. The highest bid will be knocked down subject to reservation and the bid will be forwarded to the financing company in accordance with InsO §168. As a rule, the buyer will be informed no later than 14 days after the knockdown whether the reservation will be asserted or lifted. 

Acceptance of bid
At the end of the auction, the highest bidder wins the bid. The end of the auction is indicated for each individual item. The end of the auction for an item is automatically extended by 120 seconds if bids are still being placed within the last minute before the end of bidding.

Premium / VAT
The hammer price is a net price to which an auction premium of 18% will be added. The hammer price and the auction premium are subject to 19% VAT. For items marked with an *, VAT will only be charged on the buyer's premium.

Payment
The total purchase price is due after the knockdown. At the end of the auction you will receive an invoice, which you can pay by bank transfer or at the auction house by EC card or in cash up to an amount of € 9,999.99.

VAT refund
Customers from the EU can be exempted from German VAT upon presentation of a valid and confirmed VAT ID number and proof of identity (identity card/passport) as well as the submission of a proper confirmation of receipt after export.
Customers from non-EU countries can be exempted from German VAT upon presentation of proof of identity (identity card/passport) and proper export documents. 

Collection
The timely collection of the auctioned items within 14 days after the hammer falls is a contractual obligation of the buyer.  Collection is only possible after full payment of the total price. All costs arising from failure to collect the purchased item on time shall be borne in full by the buyer.

Shipping
Please note that we are not a shipping company. As far as possible due to dimensions and weight, we will gladly send you the auctioned items by parcel service. Parcels are generally only sent insured with tracking (no small parcels or similar). We will charge you a flat rate of € 10.00 net plus 19% VAT (gross € 11.90) for packaging material, handling costs and shipping per standard domestic parcel up to 31.5 kg. Vibration-sensitive (e.g. printers, copiers) or fragile goods (e.g. glass vials) are generally not sent and must be collected. For bulky goods, please contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the right shipping company.
