All items listed here are located in Wittstock and can be purchased freely without auction. If not marked differently, all prices are plus 18% premium and 19% VAT. If you are interested in a position, please register or log in and send us a bid with the offer price. We will then send you the invoice. Visit

premium / value added tax
The hammer price is a net price, an auction premium of 18% is charged on it. The hammer price and the auction premium are subject to 19% VAT. For items marked with an *, VAT is only charged on the buyer's premium.

Payment
The total purchase price is due after the knockdown. At the end of the auction you will receive an invoice, which you should pay by bank transfer or when collecting the items in cash or by EC card.

Value added tax refund
Customers from the EU can be exempted from German VAT upon presentation of a valid and confirmed VAT ID number and proof of identity (identity card/passport) as well as the sending of a proper confirmation of receipt after export.
Customers from non-EU countries can be exempted from German VAT upon presentation of proof of identity (identity card/passport) and proper export documents. 

Pickup
The timely collection of the auctioned items is a contractual obligation of the buyer. All auctioned items must be collected from the auction house within 10 days after the knockdown at the specified opening hours. Collection is only possible after full payment of the total price. All costs arising from a late collection of the object of purchase shall be borne in full by the buyer. 

Shipping
Please note that we are not a forwarding agency. As far as dimensions and weight permit, we will be happy to send you the auctioned items by parcel service. Parcels are generally only sent insured with tracking and tracing (no small parcels or similar). We will charge you the standard shipping costs per standard parcel as well as a flat rate net € 2.52 plus 19% VAT (gross € 3.00) for packaging material and handling costs. Shock-sensitive (e.g. printers, copiers) or fragile goods (e.g. glass viruses) are not shipped and must be collected. In case of bulky goods please contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the right freight forwarding company.
