Offered popsitions from insolvencies, which are financed by loans, hire-purchase or leasing or which are subject to other foreign rights, have been marked and will be auctioned under reserve. The highest bid will be awarded under reserve and the bid will be transmitted to the financing company according to InsO §168. The buyer is usually informed 14 days after the knockdown at the latest whether the reservation will be enforced or lifted.

Please note that we are not a shipping company. As far as possible due to dimensions and weight, we will gladly send you the auctioned items by parcel service. Packages are only insured with tracking (no packages or similar). We charge you per domestic standard package up to 31.5 kg net € 10.00 plus 19% VAT (gross € 11.90) for packaging material, handling costs and shipping. Vibration sensitive (e.g. printers, copiers) or fragile goods (e.g. glass vines) will not be shipped and must be picked up. For bulky goods please contact us directly. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the right shipping company.
